It was way back in 1982 that the tale of woes of hapless inhabitants, belonging to ‘Vanawasi tribes’, at a remote province-Deharang 20 kms. away from Panvel in Dist. Raigad, penetrated the psyche of a select band of youngsters, privy to the importance of services to the downtrodden community, so much so that they resolved then and there to bring cheer to the woebegone fellow beings under the banner of 'Satkarmashradhashray' .
